Waiting times

Experience has taught me the folly of promising ‘delivery dates.’, I do not have a factory nor do I have staff to help make your slippers. I also run a household and a job outside of slippers.

At the beginning of winter, I get hammered with heaps of orders all at the same time, so please order early for winter, christmas, birthdays etc

Depending on time of year, you should expect your new slippers to arrive within about 3 weeks of ordering. For our International customers, please allow an extra 10 days or so in the post.

However, I do have a stock of already made slippers so if you are wanting something urgently for a special occasion, please use the contact us page and ask.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a total guarantee of fit in that should your slippers not fit how you would like, we will happily swap them for a different size. or we can offer a store credit, to be used at a later time, but no refunds. All slippers to be returned at buyers cost and in new, unworn condition.

items bought in the Athol Emporium are able to be retuned for a store credit within 5 working days, provided they are in new, unused condition.

items bought online are able to be canceled for a refund within 3 days of purchase. After that time, a store credit will be issued for returned goods or cancellation, provided goods are returned in new, unused condition.

Internet/Web Banking - make payment to our account, details below (NZ only)
For large orders, Telegraphic transfer is the preferred method of payment.
